ComeInn.org ("we," "our," or "the Ministry") is a faith-based platform that connects individuals and families in need of emergency shelter with Christian host families, churches, and transitional housing resources. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Mission

Inspired by the Scripture "there was no room for them in the inn" (Luke 2:7), we seek to ensure that no one is left without shelter. Our platform facilitates connections but does not provide shelter directly.

For Those Seeking Shelter

• You may search for and contact shelters, host families, and churches through our platform
• Information provided should be accurate and honest
• You agree to respect the rules and guidelines of any shelter or host accepting you
• You understand that acceptance is at the discretion of each host/shelter
• You agree not to engage in illegal activity or behavior that endangers others

For Host Families

• You agree to complete a background check before hosting guests
• You represent that your home is safe and suitable for guests
• You agree to treat guests with dignity and respect
• You may set reasonable house rules and guest requirements
• You may accept or decline guests at your discretion
• You agree to provide accurate information about your accommodations

For Churches

• You represent that you have authority to offer church facilities
• You agree to maintain safe and suitable conditions for guests
• You agree to provide accurate information about available space
• You may set requirements and guidelines for use of facilities

Safety and Background Checks

We require background checks for host families to help ensure guest safety. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of any accommodation or individual. Users should exercise their own judgment and take reasonable precautions.

Limitation of Liability

ComeInn.org is a connection platform operated as a ministry service. We:

• Do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any accommodation
• Are not responsible for the actions of hosts, guests, churches, or shelters
• Are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our platform
• Provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent safety measures
• Exploit vulnerable individuals
• Misuse emergency resources

Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms or engage in behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of our community.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly and in a spirit of Christian reconciliation. For unresolved issues, please contact us at support@comeinn.org.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
